1 minute - That’s all it takes to throw this tasty, nourishing chia pudding together!
It does have to chill in the fridge to thicken (for more than a minute), but that’s the price you pay for fabulousness.
200ml almond milk (you can use any other dairy free milk alternative)
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or any other sweetener
Optional: Fresh berries, bananas, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, nut butters etc.
Mix all ingredients together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy it the next day topped with any fruit or nuts preferred. I topped mine with bananas, strawberries, almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes and goji berries.
