Hemp protein granola bars

A healthy treat that doesn't require an oven. 
These crunchy granola bars are the perfect healthy snack. 
Packed with superfoods such as hemp seeds along with pumpkin seeds, goji berries, raisins and almonds. 
And of course, much better than store bought.



200g soft medjoul dates
150g quick oats
50g almonds
50g raisins 
40g goji berries
40g pumpkin seeds
40g hemp seeds
40g sunflower seeds 
1tsp vanilla extract

1. Using your hands mix oats and dates first until you get gooey "dough"

2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix again. 
3. Tip the "dough" into the prepared tin; spread it out into an even layer. Use the base of a glass to help you to press it down. Place the tin in the fridge to chill for about an hour until completely cold.
4. Cut it into 12-16 pieces
