If you’re looking for a healthy and simple snack, try these Vegan No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Bites. They taste like a yummy no-bake cookie, are fun to make, and most importantly – they are kid approved. These bites make a great afternoon snack and are also handy to take along when traveling.
To make 10 energy balls you will need:
150g soft medjoul dates
Just mix these two ingredients, use your hands to make gooey consistency and roll into bite size for the perfect healthy snack. Finish off energy bites by rolling in cacao powder, pumpkin powder, matcha green tea powder, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, dried apple powder. Personalize this recipe with add-ins such as raisins, dried cranberries, pumpkin, and dried cherries.
